Does your business need an electrical inspection?
Any building used for commercial purposes is required by law to have a periodic inspection, usually at least every five years (we can advise for your particular business setting). This applies whether you’re a landlord or you run a shop, warehouse, hospitality setting or medical facility. Our testing involves visual inspection, thermal imaging and technical checks of your electrical circuits. Following our tests, we issue an electrical installation condition report (EICR) detailing the condition of your system and providing evidence of inspection.
